Toem

Games I've Completed

This is a cute indie game where you solve people’s problems by taking photos of things. It’s almost entirely in black and white, with a very charming art style. It features an overhead third-person perspective, 3D graphics, and a rotatable camera.

The story follows your adventure to experience a phenomenon called “Toem,” which is similar to the northern lights. There are five or so areas where you wander around meeting and helping people. When you help someone with their issue, you receive a community stamp in a stamp book. Once you collect enough stamps, you earn a free bus ride to the next area.

The whole game is only a few hours long, including an extra area the developers added after the ending, which was particularly great.
