This is an early SNES side-view Shmup. My brother had a copy when I was young and I loved it. It’s very hard though, and so I never got far back then. There is a large amount of slowdown as the screen fills with enemies and weapons due to the CPU of the machine being pretty underpowered even for the time.
The music and atmosphere are excellent, a real H.R. Giger feel to everything. I like the variety of weapons, and the different options you get based on where you place the “bit”.
Maybe one day I’ll go back and play the ZX Spectrum version of the original game as well. I remember really loving that.
